Through my Dream-PLAN-DO journal, I established a daily gratefulness practice.
Each evening I write down 5 things I'm grateful for.
This allows me to keep a healthy perspective on my life. It reminds me how blessed I am every day being healthy, surrounded by a loving family and supportive people, living in a wonderful country, Canada.
And yet there are still things I sometimes take for granted in my life. And there is nothing wrong with that. Having our basic needs filled allows us to move towards leaving a positive contribution to this world.
Just imagine if everyone on Earth could do the same ...
