To standardize certain aspects of your business, you need to simplify to create processes you and your team can follow. 80/20 is a great rule. 80% streamlined because it's standard and a maximum of 20% special and custom.

2) Standardization and streamlining reduce mistakes and increase client satisfaction. Which in turn makes it easier to retain them and simpler to attract more.

3) The bigger your business, the more clients you serve. That should lead to you knowing them at teh deeper level. Which then in turn should improve your service delivery and marketing and make it easier for you to attract even more clients.
