The primitive part of our brain likes things "easy." It doesn't like anything hard because that means exerting more energy and, more often than not, dealing with the discomfort that goes with it. So it lets us believe that if things don't come easy, then there is something wrong, and we shouldn't be pursuing them.
Yet, creating the best results for us in business and life can feel hard. Raising small children is hard and the most fulfilling at teh same time. Getting a business off the ground successfully can feel hard as well. And there is nothing wrong with that. It doesn't take away the fun, pride, and fulfillment you can feel during this journey.
