As the leader of your business, you make it rain. You are responsible for its success. So, when you're bogged down by many tasks and activities that don't contribute to your business growth, you're not fulfilling your core responsibility. Being the CEO.
And I get it; it's easy and normal for entrepreneurs to get consumed by all the to-do's and urgent matters. Especially when you are the only person in your business or have just a little bit of help.
However, this shouldn't be the reason why you stay constantly busy, never having time to focus on important and strategic matters. As they say: "we are our biggest problem, and we are our best solution."
