 Stop waiting for the economy to save your business. You can create your own economy starting today. Yes, things might feel slower right now, and yes, it might feel harder to find and sign clients, but here is what I know. After years of coaching business owners through every kind of market, ups and downs are normal, and the businesses that thrive long term are the ones that take action instead of waiting.

And your focus energy and attention are precious. You don't wanna waste them on despairing thinking you can't do anything about improving your business situation. Not to mention that we're going into the busiest time of the year for most of the businesses. What if you could create anywhere from 40 to 60% of your annual revenue in the next three months. Stop doom crawling about the economy and start following up with every lead you've ever had. I'm talking about the potential client from six months ago. Who said maybe later, the one from three months ago who went quiet after your proposal.

The person who loved your consultation by said they needed to think about it. They're still out there. Their problems haven't disappeared, and you know what? Their situation might have changed, their budget might have been freed up, or they might finally be ready to invest and change their situation. Most business owners follow up once.

Maybe twice and then give up. But I've seen clients land amazing contracts from leads they thought were dead just because they sent one more email. Your next client is probably already in your CRM. You just haven't asked them.
