 You can be incredible at what you do and still be stuck, and one of the biggest reasons I see at every level is this. You treat visibility like something you do until you get busy. Instead of something you commit to because you want your business to keep growing. So here is how it shows up. Depending on where you are under a hundred K in revenue, if you are working towards your first a hundred K or even 50 K, the main reason you're stuck is usually very simple. Not enough visibility, not enough people know you, trust you and understand what you do, and the root cause of it is often fear. You are not confident in your pricing yet or your offer, or you have limiting beliefs about showing up. What you are there to promote, not yourself, but more how you help clients. So you shrink, you hesitate, you wait until you feel ready. But confidence isn't the prerequisite for visibility. It's the result. The more you show up, the more confident you become. When you are around 50 K. Once you start getting clients, the mistake becomes you stop marketing while you deliver, you get busy serving. You go quiet and then you finish the projects and realize you have to start from zero again. You have leads and you have clients, but the issue is lack of focus and optimization.
